Silverlink Technologies in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Lead Workday Functional Consultant to drive functional support, system enhancements and implementations across Workday HCM modules.

You will manage Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits and Recruitment, translate business requirements into Workday solutions, oversee configurations, testing and documentation; collaborate with business and technical teams in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 6 years hands‑on Workday HCM experience.
• Strong functional configuration across Workday modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, Recruitment.
• Experience with Workday implementation, support, maintenance and enhancements.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration, data management and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes including HCM structures, locations, and supervisory organizations.
• Perform troubleshooting, data correction, and data validation of Workday records.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Workday reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Coordinate release cycles, testing and business readiness activities.
• Provide functional guidance on Workday capabilities and business process decisions.
