Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Western Melbourne is seeking expressions of interest from experienced PM Operations Supervisors to lead warehouse teams, drive safety, efficiency and customer excellence, and coach staff across multiple sites.

The role offers a Monday–Friday roster with a 1:30pm start, a focus on continuous improvement, strong stakeholder engagement, and growth opportunities within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in 3PL/warehousing or logistics
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience with WMS, ideally Manhattan
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
• Exposure to automated warehouse environments is highly regarded
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive approach with continuous improvement focus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse teams to achieve safety, service, quality, and productivity targets
• Drive a positive team culture focused on performance and engagement
• Monitor daily operational activities and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company procedures
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation to meet customer requirements
