This leadership and product-focused role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and software engineers, building robust UX processes in an agile environment, and delivering meaningful outcomes for Australian Defence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX across the product development lifecycle.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects and software engineers.
• Establish and improve UX processes within an agile environment.
• Collaborate with UI/design capability to turn UX thinking into great outcomes.
• Engage with customers across the Australian Defence ecosystem, including Army, Navy and major Defence primes.
