Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer/Consultant for a focused, short-term engagement in Sydney. The role centers on reviewing an existing web solution against the client’s design system, running collaborative design sessions, and updating designs in Figma to support development work.

You will translate stakeholder needs into accessible, development-ready UX artifacts, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Figma and capable of contributing to design system work.
• Experience conducting UX reviews and translating stakeholder needs into design-ready solutions.
• Ability to facilitate collaborative design sessions and produce artifacts for development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive UX review of the existing solution against the client’s design system.
• Facilitate UX design sessions with the client and key stakeholders.
• Update and refine designs using Figma.
• Produce design outputs that enable developers to enhance the existing build.

A leading global technology consultancy is seeking an experienced UX Designer/Consultant for a focused digital design engagement in Sydney. You will review an existing web solution, facilitate collaborative design sessions and update designs in Figma to support development enhancements.

This opportunity is ideal for a capable UX professional who can quickly understand an established design system and translate stakeholder needs into clear, accessible and development-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive UX review of the existing solution against the client’s design system.
• Facilitate UX design sessions with the client and key stakeholders.
• Update and refine designs using Figma.
• Produce design outputs that enable developers to enhance the existing build.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.

• Strong proficiency with Figma.
• Demonstrated experience creating:
