Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead solution development, product planning and market analysis for utility-scale Solar PV, BESS and Solar+BESS hybrid projects in Australia.

The role requires a strong technical background in PV, BESS, grid integration and cross-functional project management, with the ability to engage IPPs, developers, utilities and EPC contractors across Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in utility-scale solar, BESS, renewable energy or power electronics.
• Experience in product management, solution engineering, pre-sales or system engineering for large-scale Solar PV, BESS or hybrid renewables.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development, product planning and market analysis for utility-scale Solar PV, BESS and Solar+BESS in Australia.
• Develop market and technical understanding of utility-scale Solar PV, standalone BESS and hybrid applications.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop system-level solutions for IPPs, developers, utilities and EPC contractors.
• Design and configure Solar & BESS solutions covering PV inverters, PCS, EMS/PPC, MV systems and transformers.
• Develop system architecture, sizing and control strategies for Solar+BESS hybrid plants according to Australian grid requirements.
