Job summary

Polyglot Group in Sydney, Australia, seeks an experienced Project Development Manager to drive growth of our renewable energy portfolio across Solar and BESS. You will oversee the full lifecycle from greenfield site identification to planning approvals and financial close, working closely with our Headquarters in Taiwan.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Planning, or Business.
Legal right to work in Australia.
5+ years in renewables development (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of project development from site identification (greenfield) to planning approvals.
Navigate the regulatory requirements of BESS projects and grid participation strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, First Nations groups, local councils, and planning authorities.
Oversee the grid enquiry and connection process with AEMO and NSPs to secure Connection Agreements.
Refine project business cases and manage budgets/timelines to ensure investment-ready status.
Serve as the Australian market expert and align local execution with HQ standards.
