Job summary

Total Tools Mona Vale is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic store team and support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance. This role requires a passion for tools and trades, a focus on safety, and a drive to exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure an engaging Visual Merchandising approach is in place.
