Total Tools Rockingham is seeking a Full-Time General Manager to lead a locally operated store under a national brand. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier merchandising and smooth operations.

You will cultivate a customer-first culture, coach a high-performing team, and manage profitability while upholding safety and company standards. Experience in tools or hardware is highly regarded and a proactive hands-on leader is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' retail management experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and store procedures.
• Build product and technical knowledge across the team through ongoing training and supplier engagement.
• Partner with the Store Owner/Franchisee to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and overall store success.
