Job summary

What You'll Do

As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' systems and infrastructure operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions at client sites
• Performing server and storage break-fix support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Managing onsite service activities from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Conducting installations, upgrades, and system maintenance in customer environments
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to resolve complex technical challenges
• Providing technical guidance and support to fellow engineers and team members
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending process and service improvements
• Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and service records
• Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery and communication

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Field Engineering, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical role.

Experience with hardware maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader technical team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Technical certification or Associate Degree preferred
