Job summary

Unisys in Adelaide, Australia is seeking a Lead Technical Field Engineer to provide first and second‑level support across desktop, server, networking, and software environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues to resolve client problems.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows and Linux environments, perform hardware installations, upgrades and break‑fix activities, and support both physical and virtual infrastructure.

Qualifications

• NV1/NV2 security clearance is mandatory.
• Experience in technical support, field engineering, desktop IT support, or service desk.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
