Lead Technical Field Engineer (NV1/NV2)

Be the technical expert that keeps critical environments running.

When technology issues disrupt operations, people need more than support. They need someone who can quickly diagnose problems, restore services, and provide confidence through technical expertise. If you enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, working across diverse technologies, and being the person customers rely on when it matters most, this could be your next opportunity.

The Opportunity

As a Lead Technical Field Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting secure customer environments by providing first and second-level technical support across desktop, server, networking, and software platforms.

  • Conduct fault investigation, triage incidents, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution.
  • Build, upgrade, and maintain desktop and laptop devices.
  • Work directly with end users to deliver responsive and professional technical support.
What You'll Bring
  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
  • Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).

  • Experience working with Active Directory user and mailbox management.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience supporting physical and virtual desktop/server environments.
  • Background in hardware break‑fix, software deployment, and desk‑side support.
