Qualifications

• Ability to design, implement and evaluate teaching and learning programs to improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole‑school improvement initiatives aligned with the school’s strategic plan.
• Coordinate staff development, coaching and professional learning.
• Develop and monitor assessment and reporting policies and practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development in key learning areas and policy development.
