Job summary

Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Leading Teacher - Student Engagement Co-ordinator for Preston campuses. The role focuses on leading student engagement, wellbeing and teaching quality, across La Trobe-based and other campuses, with collaboration across schools and partners.

Candidates will demonstrate strategic leadership, coaching of staff, and capacity to drive school-wide improvements in student outcomes while working within the department’s values and multi-campus model.
