Auburn High School is seeking a Leading Teacher to drive student leadership and engagement under the Victorian government school framework. The role focuses on leading teaching practice, coordinating staff, and contributing to school priorities within the school's strategic plan.

You'll work with students, colleagues and parents to enhance teaching and learning, wellbeing and school engagement, using data to inform practice, modelling, coaching and professional development across the teaching

Qualificações

• Provisional or full teaching registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Experience leading school priorities and staff development is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with students, parents and the school community.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and delivery across learning areas.
• Provide professional development and support staff development plans.
• Lead staff performance reviews and modelling of best teaching practice.
• Contribute to policy development and school council proposals.
