Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
• Demonstrated ability to lead planning and implementation of senior secondary curriculum.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to drive improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to model behaviours aligned with Department values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives related to curriculum planning and delivery.
• Coordinate professional development and support staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee assessment and reporting policies and practices across the senior secondary program.
• Lead the development of senior secondary curriculum including VPC/ASDAN and individualised learning.
• Foster strong school, family and community engagement to support student outcomes.
