Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible to teach in Victoria (VIT).
• Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum development and school improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, families and the broader community.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school plan.
• Coordinate and coach teaching staff to improve practice and student outcomes.
• Develop and implement assessment and reporting policies across the school.
• Support student welfare and behaviour policies within the school community.
• Contribute to policy development and school leadership decisions.
