Wyndham Central College seeks a dynamic Leading Teacher to drive instructional leadership and school improvement. You will coordinate curriculum priorities, support teachers in delivering rigorous literacy and numeracy programs, and use data to monitor progress and inform practice.

The role emphasises collaboration with staff, students and families to enhance learning outcomes and wellbeing, within a supportive school environment in Victoria.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead curriculum priorities and literacy/numeracy initiatives.
• Experience using data to inform teaching and improvements.
