Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in control systems, automation or power systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience delivering substation automation and renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience leading technical teams of at least three engineers on complex projects.
• Strong experience managing technical scope, engineering risk and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• A collaborative leadership style focused on developing and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of engineers and designers to deliver design, development, testing and commissioning of substation automation, SCADA and grid-connected systems.
• Develop SCADA architectures, networks and control system solutions for critical energy infrastructure.
• Design and implement PLC, RTU and automation solutions.
• Oversee engineering quality, risk management and compliance activities.
• Conduct design reviews, FAT, SAT and site commissioning activities.
• Work with clients, project managers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Support business development activities and client relationships.
