Job summary

A leading Australian energy company is seeking a Senior SCADA & Controls Engineer to drive engineering excellence in renewable energy projects. This senior role involves leading SCADA and control system design, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and be eligible for Engineers Australia membership. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in SCADA and controls engineering, ideally in renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and International standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA and control engineering activities across all phases of grid-scale energy projects.
• Develop technical specifications and design criteria for major equipment and systems.
• Review engineering deliverables from contractors and ensure compliance.
