Job summary

NRW Civil & Mining is seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to oversee structural construction across the Tonkin Highway Grade Separations Project in Western Australia. You will lead construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring works meet drawings, specifications, safety and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates have substantial civil construction and structural works experience, with familiarity with formwork, reinforcement and drainage structures.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in civil construction, with significant experience in structural works.
• Demonstrated ability supervising structural works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, drainage structures, culverts, retaining walls, bridge/MSE works.
• WHS supervisory units preferable and formwork trade background essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise structural construction crews, plant operators and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
• Coordinate and oversee concrete, formwork, reinforcement, drainage, culvert, retaining/noise/MSE walls and other structural activities.
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to meet production rates and project schedules.
• Monitor daily productivity and construction progress, addressing delays or issues.
