Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a site-based supervisor to oversee structural construction on a major road upgrade in north‑west Sydney. You will work closely with engineers and subcontractors to plan, sequence and monitor works, maintain programme and quality requirements, and promote safe, efficient delivery on site.

The role requires supervision experience on major infrastructure, familiarity with bridge construction or structural concrete, strong communication to coordinate

• Supervision experience on major infrastructure, preferably roads.
• Bridge construction or structural concrete experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of construction methods and programme delivery.

The Opportunity

Supervise structural construction on a road upgrade in north-west Sydney, including bridge works. This site-based position works closely with engineers and subcontractors to organise safe, efficient construction and maintain programme and quality requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan work sequences, monitor progress and resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment and materials for structural construction.
• Maintain site records and explain productivity, progress and emerging constraints.
• Work with project engineers and adjoining teams to coordinate construction interfaces.
