Job summary

NRW Civil & Mining are hiring a Site Engineer for the Tonkin Highway Grade Separations project in Western Australia. You will work closely with project engineers and supervisors to coordinate engineering activities, support project delivery and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 5/2 roster, on-site uplift, and long-term employment prospects on metro infrastructure projects. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience as Site Engineer in civil infrastructure.
Strong understanding of construction quality and safety processes.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

Assist planning, coordination and delivery of engineering activities across the project.
Prepare schedules, short-term plans and resource forecasts.
Monitor progress, productivity and site performance.
Coordinate subcontractors and manage work packages.
Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and quality requirements.
Support QA docs, inspections, ITPs and records.
