Georgiou, now part of STRABAG SE, is seeking two Senior Supervisors to lead teams on the Tonkin Extension Alliance in Western Australia. You will oversee major civil works, coordinate crews, and drive safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a supervisory role delivering major civil infrastructure projects, particularly road and highway construction.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate crews and subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to plan, sequence works and manage resources to meet demanding programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily construction activities across major civil works including bulk earthworks, road pavements, drainage and underground services.
• Manage construction crews, plant, equipment and subcontractors to hit milestones and productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain four-week look-ahead programs with the Superintendent and engineering teams.
• Monitor progress, costs and resources to identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works meet project specs, schedules and contractual requirements.
• Champion Georgiou's safety culture via HSEQ plans, risk management and safe work practices.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to site teams to foster a high-performing environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain program and quality outcomes.
