NRW Civil & Mining is seeking a seasoned Planning Engineer to develop and manage detailed construction programs for a major Tonkin Highway upgrade in Western Australia. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience on civil construction or infrastructure projects (roads/bridges/interchanges).
• Strong safety-focused approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and TILOS.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on methodology, sequencing and constraints.
• Track progress against baselines and approved programs.
• Provide risk/opportunity analysis and recovery options.
• Lead planning meetings and reviews with the team.
• Maintain project controls, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Review drawings, contracts, and scope for time-related impacts.
• Mentor engineers and planners to lift capability.
• Suggest continuous improvements in planning and scheduling.
