Corp Construction in Sydney, NSW, seeks an experienced Structures Contractor/Project Manager to lead structural construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes.

This full-time role requires strong coordination with site teams, subcontractors and clients, plus sound financial awareness for variations and progress claims; you will drive project schedules and continuous improvement across major projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within the construction industry.
• Experience on structural construction projects.
• TAFE or university qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of structural construction and project coordination.
• Good financial and commercial awareness, including variations and progress claims.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with site teams, management, subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage structural construction projects.
• Oversee project delivery, programming and progress.
• Monitor project financial performance and costs.
• Prepare and submit project variations.
• Prepare and update progress claims and claiming schedules.
• Liaise closely with Site Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers and the Director.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Assist with resolving site and project-related issues.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications and quality standards.
