JPS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman for a major $150M mixed-use development on the Gold Coast. You will take ownership of the structure on site, driving the programme and coordinating formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold and trades through to handover.

This long-term opportunity sits within a builder/developer environment with direct access to project leadership, offering a strong pipeline of multi-res projects around Broadbeach.

Qualifications

• Experience as Structures Foreman on multi-residential projects on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of structure delivery on site.
• Drive the programme and keep trades moving.
• Coordinate formwork, reo, concrete, scaffold and structural trades.
• Manage quality, safety and day-to-day site issues.
