Job summary

Fortescue is seeking an experienced Supervisor Structural Integrity at Cloudbreak to lead a team responsible for inspection, repair and remediation of fixed plant infrastructure on site. You will coordinate priorities with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning and Operations to sustain reliability and integrity across the plant.

The role offers frontline leadership of Fabricators and Trade Assistants, with a focus on safety, quality and effective planning to meet schedules and operational

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in mining, fixed plant or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Strong experience in structural integrity, repairs, fabrication and remediation.
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor appointment or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the Structural Integrity team, including Fabricators and Trade Assistants.
• Coordinate structural repairs, remediation and maintenance across fixed plant assets.
• Provide strong field leadership with focus on safety, quality and team engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Maintenance and Operations to prioritise works.
• Ensure work is planned, resourced and executed to schedules and operations.
• Monitor defects and escalate identified risks and critical repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Fortescue procedures, standards and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and team performance.
