Job summary

PLS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in fixed plant maintenance within a Pilbara mining environment. You will coordinate trades, schedule activities and drive safety standards on a 8:6, 7:7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.

The role requires Trade certification, fault diagnosis skills, and a strong focus on safety and quality. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and continuously improve maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or higher with hands-on fixed-plant maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills on mining equipment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team in line with safety policies.
• Coordinate trades and maintenance activities to meet the maintenance plan.
• Schedule work, allocate timeframes and track progress.
• Mentor team members and provide on-the-job training.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Tackle priority changes and ensure timely reporting.
