Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to oversee design delivery across energy projects in Australia, including substations, transmission, BESS, solar, wind and power plants. You will partner with clients to solve complex technical challenges and guide a collaborative team to deliver high-quality structural designs using industry-leading tools and best practices.

The role requires CPEng and RPEQ registration, deep experience with steel and reinforced concrete structures,

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualifications with CPEng and RPEQ registration.
• Experience designing steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Skills in structural analysis, modelling and foundation design.
• Ability to mentor teams and guide complex technical decisions.
• Proven ability to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading projects balancing time, budget and delivery.
