Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• RPEV registration.
• Experience delivering complex structural projects in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage clients.
• Exposure to Defence, data centres, major buildings or related markets.
• Strong communication and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of structural projects from inception through to completion.
• Provide technical leadership across Defence, data centre and large building projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead structural and multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop engineers across the team.
• Review and approve structural designs, reports and documentation.
• Support project planning, risk management and commercial performance.
• Contribute to business development and future growth opportunities.
