Qualifications

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist required.
• NDIS experience beneficial.
• Experience mentoring and developing clinicians.
• Interest in leadership and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and formally supervise Speech Pathologists.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
• Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians enjoy coming to work.
