Ability Action Australia is hiring a Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings in Victoria. You’ll work with a supportive multidisciplinary team and enjoy flexible hours in a hybrid work model.

You’ll manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to support NDIS participants in communication and independence, with ongoing supervision and clear career pathways.
