Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a senior Speech Pathologist with a passion for mentoring and leadership to deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings. You will supervise junior clinicians, complete assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve participant outcomes.

You will mentor peers, contribute to a positive clinical culture and lead clinical development through MedHealth Academy and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist credential.
• NDIS experience preferred.
• Evidence-based practice mindset and leadership potential.
• Ability to mentor and develop other clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and supervise junior Speech Pathologists.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
• Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians enjoy coming to work.
