Ability Action Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to lead and supervise junior clinicians while delivering high-quality speech pathology services to NDIS participants in schools, homes, and community settings.

You will use clinical observations and standardised assessments to guide treatment goals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice. Flexible hours and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Competenze

• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia is required.
• Experience delivering services under the NDIS and leading others is essential.
• Experience in providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists.

Job Description

• Delivering formal 1:1 supervision, mentorship and support to junior clinicians
• Providing much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
• Using clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of OT's, EP's and Physiotherapists

About You

• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
• Experience delivering services under the NDIS and experience in leading others
• Experience in providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists
• A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
