Job summary

Kainos seeks a Smart Product Delivery Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration and adoption of cloud-based Workday products for global customers. You will shape requirements, design commercially viable solutions, and ensure successful delivery within scope and timelines.

You will own customer relationships, provide expert guidance, coach junior colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across delivery methods and tools. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday products and/or HCM, with specialist capability.
• Strong commercial experience in SaaS implementation, technology consulting, or business analysis.
• Demonstrable experience leading complex customer-facing engagements with accountability for scope, governance and outcomes.
• Strong consulting skills: presenting, workshops, demonstrating complex functionality to customers.
• Excellent customer management: managing expectations, handling risks, and escalation.
• Sound commercial judgement: scope, estimation, utilization, and delivery risk.
• Experience coaching or line-managing junior colleagues.
• Ability to improve delivery tools, standards or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery and own successful Smart Product implementations within scope, time, quality and commercial expectations.
• Lead discovery to shape customer requirements and recommend adoption of Smart Audit and User Access Review.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Smart Product, communicating functionality and benefits in the context of Workday configurations.
• Manage customer relationships, expectations, progress, risks, and escalations.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer on configuration and usage for customer self-sufficiency.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery methods, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Sales for feedback and rollout of features.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and coordinate onboarding across teams.
