Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to join our global team and lead enterprise-scale Workday solutions for clients. You will build strong client relationships, guide discussions, and mentor junior staff while delivering fit-for-purpose solutions. Expect regional travel and collaboration across consulting and AMS services.

You will contribute to sales estimates and continuously improve tools and processes to enhance delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions.
Proven ability to build relationships with customers and manage expectations.
Strong communication skills with senior client audiences, including remote scenarios.
Solid commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
Capable of working to tight deadlines and balancing customer needs with business aims.
Willing to travel regionally and support sales through estimates.

Responsibilities
