Zusammenfassung

Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Forward Deployed Engineer (HCM Consultant) to embed within customer environments, driving adoption and deep integration of EDM from go-live onward. You’ll bridge Kainos and the client, collaborating with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Product to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role you will operate at the intersection of Workday configuration, technical delivery, and customer success, removing blockers and enabling self-sustaining usage across

Qualifikationen

HCM Workday certification with hands-on deployment experience.
Experience working directly inside enterprise client environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage concurrent work across multiple accounts.

Aufgaben

Design, configure, and optimize EDM & Workday configuration in live environments.
Remediate configuration debt and performance constraints.
Resolve complex blockers and support escalation with context.
Ensure continuity from implementation into the FDE engagement with onboarding teams.
Enable client admins via knowledge transfer and templates for internal capability.
Provide regular technical health summaries to the CSM for account reviews.
Guide clients through the three-stage maturity model, removing technical friction.
Share reusable assets and insights with Product and fellow FDEs.
