Qualifications

• Experience as Civil Supervisor on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive safety and project delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily site activities, labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and drawings.
• Monitor productivity, quality and progress.
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and site meetings.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and the wider team.
• Maintain safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain progress.
