You will lead on-site delivery, safety, quality, and coordination with the Project Manager and head office, ensuring the 3-storey, 19-apartment building meets program milestones.
You should have carpentry or construction management qualifications, proven site management experience on commercial projects, and multi-storey apartment delivery exposure.
Location: Sunshine Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + super + fuel card
