Job summary

3D Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a Victorian commercial builder with a strong portfolio spanning education, government, health and industrial sectors. The role offers autonomy, long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver diverse projects with an experienced leadership team on the ground in Victoria.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong background managing projects within education, government, health, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades onsite.
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance and quality management.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Committed to delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and onsite personnel to maintain programme targets.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve site issues.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants and the internal project team.
• Maintain compliance with OH&S requirements, site documentation and reporting.
• Drive productivity while maintaining strong attention to detail and workmanship.
