Theos Bros. (Aust.) Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Site Foreman/Supervisor to lead day-to-day on-site operations, supervising employees and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with HSEQ standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor in civil construction, Tier 1 projects.
• Experience on technical civil projects, including basements.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, earthworks, FRP concrete, drainage and remediation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees, subcontractors, and plant/equipment on site.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Implement and maintain project processes to manage risk and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate works with Project Manager and Engineers for correct sequencing.
• Monitor goods, resources, equipment, and services to meet HSEQ standards.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead by example in operations, communication, and best practices.
• Monitor performance and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and client requirements.
