Job summary

Reform Projects in Rosebery, NSW seeks a Foreman to oversee on-site construction activities, manage labour and subcontractors, and ensure work is performed to programme, budget, and quality standards. The role reports to the Site Manager and enforces WHSE and QA systems on site.

The candidate will lead day-to-day site operations, monitor progress, and maintain safety and quality across the workface while coordinating logistics and lookahead planning.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Foreman on a construction site supervising construction works.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day site activities and coordinating labour/subcontractors.
• Familiarity with WHSE and QA procedures on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of all site-based construction activities at the workface.
• Direct site labour and subcontractors to maintain productivity and sequence.
• Establish and maintain WHSE and QA procedures on site.
• Prepare and review short-term lookahead programmes against the construction plan.
• Control site logistics including deliveries, materials handling, craneage and waste.
• Ensure works meet time, cost, quality and HSE requirements.
• Accountable to Site Manager for delivery of works on site.
• Develop understanding of Reform Projects’ project delivery approach.
