Job summary

Fulton Hogan Limited is seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our construction team for a major infrastructure project in Australia. You will lead site activities, oversee crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Working with the engineering team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations on site, set clear direction for crews, and keep work moving in line with programme expectations.

Qualifications

• Foreperson with solid civil construction experience and on-site safety focus.
• Able to lead crews and subcontractors and drive work to high standards.
• Organised, proactive and able to make on-ground decisions to keep work moving.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate activities in line with programme, quality and cost expectations.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to plan and deliver site activities.
• Maintain strong communication with teams, supervisors and stakeholders.
