Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials and MID Servers.
• Ability to manage and improve CMDB data quality, relationships and configuration management practices.
• Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions.

• Identify, map and manage technology assets and their relationships across the organisation.
• Improve data quality and support automation to ensure trustworthy information for service management processes.
