Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a specialist to maintain accurate technology data across the organisation using ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB practices. Qualifications

• Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions.

What’s the role?

Join a team focused on keeping critical technology data accurate, reliable and up to date across the organisation. You'll work with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB capabilities, helping to identify, map and manage technology assets and their relationships. Working closely with technology teams, you'll improve data quality, support automation and ensure the information used across service management processes is trustworthy and fit for purpose. This is a permanent role with flexible working arrangements.

What do I need?

• Strong experience working with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials and MID Servers.
• Experience managing and improving CMDB data quality, relationships and configuration management practices.
• Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, networking and modern platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and technical expertise.
