Job summary

Westpac Group seeks a professional to maintain accurate, reliable technology data across the organisation, focusing on ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB. You will map assets, manage relationships, and drive data quality while supporting automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials and MID Servers.
• Experience managing and improving CMDB data quality, relationships and configuration management practices.
• Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, networking and modern platforms.

What’s the role?

Join a team focused on keeping critical technology data accurate, reliable and up to date across the organisation. You'll work with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB capabilities, helping to identify, map and manage technology assets and their relationships. Working closely with technology teams, you'll improve data quality, support automation and ensure the information used across service management processes is trustworthy and fit for purpose. This is a permanent role with flexible working arrangements.

What do I need?

• Strong experience working with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials and MID Servers.
• Experience managing and improving CMDB data quality, relationships and configuration management practices.
• Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, networking and modern platforms.
