Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Data Engineering, Management & Governance Manager to own the integrity and delivery of AI insights platforms. You will design and maintain data fabrics that ingest, model, and govern enterprise data across multi-cloud environments, integrating Salesforce and Palantir Foundry to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, enterprise data engineering, or AI platform delivery.
• Experience architecting data fabric solutions with data virtualization, active metadata, knowledge graphs, and automated data integration.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or equivalent.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, metadata and lineage tooling.
• Designing API and streaming architectures for real-time data delivery.
• Integration with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Palantir Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise data fabric solutions across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
• Build and maintain strategic AI insights platforms, managing releases and schema evolution.
• Ingest, cleanse, and model data sources, expanding platform coverage for whitespace opportunities.
• Design data models and ontologies for whitespace and KPI extraction for AI workflows.
• Connect AI insights platforms to enterprise systems (Salesforce, Palantir Foundry) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery).
• Govern data quality, security, and access; maintain metadata lineage and cataloging.
