Responsibilities

• Lead and drive team sales performance to achieve budgets and KPIs.
• Assist Store Manager in managing all store employee activities.
• Engage customers to understand needs and style preferences.
• Advise on product range from sofas to home accessories.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining customer interests.
• Create repeat customers through trusted expertise.
