Job summary

E4 People is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead a disability services team in a specialist disability accommodation setting in Brisbane. You will provide clinical oversight, mentor staff and support residents with complex needs to achieve greater independence and quality of life.

The role combines hands-on leadership with care planning, documentation and collaboration with families and health professionals in a supportive, person-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience and confidence supporting a team.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with complex care needs and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the care team.
• Supporting residents with complex clinical and personal care needs.
• Overseeing care plans, clinical documentation and quality standards.
• Mentoring and developing staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Working collaboratively with families, support teams and health professionals.
• Promoting resident independence, dignity, choice and community participation.
• Identifying clinical risks and driving continuous improvement.
