Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) seeks a qualified Registered Nurse for Rocky Ridge Nursing Home in Katherine, NT. The role is permanent, full-time, with relocation and furnished, shared accommodation included.

You will deliver clinical care, lead the team, and mentor junior staff to ensure person-centered care in line with ARRCS mission. The package includes an hourly rate ($51.26–$53.84) and a substantial $20,000 annual bonus (subject to conditions), plus

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
• Working Rights for Australia - This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience in an Australian health service, preference in aged care or geriatric settings.
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary and multicultural care team.
• Desirable experience with Indigenous Australians or remote areas of Australia.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to meet mandatory compliance requirements.
